Your child will need suitable clothing, shin pads, a packed lunch and plenty to drink. If they have any medical needs such as asthma, please bring their inhaler etc. and hand this to one of the coaches upon arrival.
This is very common and we are very experienced in dealing with any anxiety that your child may feel. Through discussions with the coaches before the day or on the day, we can formulate a plan to ease the transition from leaving the parent/carer to getting stuck in with the session.
On the days where we have nice weather, football boots may not be needed and trainers will be fine. We also have Re-Distriboot on-site which is a charity started by one of the coaches. This charity provides pre-loved football boots to children who need them. We usually have all sizes in stock. Please ask one of the coaches about this service.
My child has an interest in football but has never been to anything like this before, will it be suitable for them?
Yes of course! The coaches help our football camps cater to complete beginners all the way up to players who play at higher standards.
